Nexa Leadership Circles

Access the right people. Have the right conversation.

Nexa connects B2B brands with senior decision-makers across the GCC and beyond, through curated executive experiences.

01

Same goal, from the start.

We agree what success looks like before we begin, then work to it together.

Connect

We build your pipeline with the executives who matter. Every Nexa event is constructed around your ICP, qualified by seniority, role and relevance, so every person in the room is someone your sales team actually wants to talk to.

Engage

We create the conditions for real commercial conversations. Every executive is qualified against the session's topic and challenge before they're invited. We can't guarantee exactly where they sit in their buying journey, but we can guarantee the room is built around people for whom that challenge is real.

Grow

We make senior-level demand generation repeatable. A programme of Nexa experiences gives your team a reliable, scalable route to qualified executive access, building pipeline, deepening relationships and compounding market presence in the world's fastest-growing economies.

02

Guaranteed senior access. Real executive conversation.

Senior decision-makers are harder to reach than ever. Generic webinars are saturated, cold outreach is ignored, and marketing teams need evidence of meaningful engagement, not just names on a list.

Nexa builds each Leadership Circle around your ICP, qualifying executives by seniority, role and business challenge. Every confirmed attendee is profiled and relevant before your session takes place.

We act as an extension of your marketing team. For every confirmed executive you receive a detailed profile, combining public research with first-party insight gathered directly through our qualification conversations, wherever your buyers sit, including deep relationships across the GCC. You know exactly who is in the room, and why they belong there, before you enter it.

We're also not hamstrung by a fixed set of formats. Nexa has a suite of Leadership Circles that are tried, tested and ready to run, but where your audience calls for something different, we have the team and the creative range to build it from scratch. Custom is not an add-on; it's how we work.

Quality over volume. Curation over mass outreach. Conversation over presentation. Relationships over transactions.

03

At Nexa, a recipe is only a guide. We have a host of formats that are tried and tested, but nobody knows your customers like you and your team. We collaborate closely to make sure we're delivering not only the right executives, but, importantly, the right experience.

Bespoke

Nexa Experiences

Some relationships aren't built in a boardroom. We design bespoke executive experiences around the occasions your clients actually want to be part of: Wimbledon's Centre Court, the paddock at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, a PGA Tour final round, ringside at a world title fight. Same rigour, same curated senior audience, built entirely around your brand and your guests.

Audience Only

Acquisition

Already running the event? If you've got the format, the venue and the agenda covered, Nexa can deliver purely the audience, sourcing, qualifying and confirming the senior decision-makers who belong there, to the same standard as every Nexa event.

Virtual

Leadership Circles:
Virtual

Online executive sessions giving clients efficient, guaranteed access to senior decision-makers, without the location, travel or diary limitations of physical events. Focused, curated and insight-led.

In Person

Leadership Circles:
In Person

Private dinners and live executive experiences for deeper relationship-building with a highly curated senior audience. Exclusive, intimate, high-trust and relationship-led.

01Scope of this notice

Nexa Partnerships Ltd ("Nexa", "we", "us") designs and delivers Leadership Circles and executive experiences that bring B2B brands together with senior decision-makers. In the course of doing that, we handle personal information belonging to the executives we invite, the clients we work with, our partners, and anyone who visits our website.

This notice explains what we collect, why, and the choices and rights available to you. It covers every point of contact with Nexa: our website, our team, and our events, whether they take place in a room or online.

We are the data controller for the information described below, and we process it in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

02Information we hold

We keep the data we collect limited to what's actually needed to curate an audience, run an event well, and support the client relationship behind it:

  • Who you are: your name, job title, employer and relevant professional background.
  • How to reach you: business email, phone number and company address.
  • Your history with us: which sessions you've registered for or attended, your preferences, and any correspondence with the Nexa team.
  • Commercial records: agreements, invoices and billing contacts where we work with your organisation as a client (card details are never stored by Nexa directly).
  • Website activity: IP address and basic browser or device information when you visit nexaleadership.com.
  • Images and recordings: photography or video captured at our events. See the dedicated section below.

We don't set out to collect special category data or criminal records information, and we'd ask that you avoid including it in anything you send us.

03How we collect it

Most of what we hold comes directly from you: when you register for a Leadership Circle, reply to our team, or give us your details as part of a client engagement. We may also receive professional information from publicly available sources (such as a company website or LinkedIn) to help qualify and profile executives ahead of a session, and technical data is collected automatically when you browse our website.

04Why we use it

Personal data allows us to:

  • Identify, qualify and confirm the right executives for a given Leadership Circle or event.
  • Handle registrations and keep attendees informed before, during and after a session.
  • Produce attendee profiles and post-event reporting for the client the event was built for.
  • Run and improve Nexa as a business, and keep our records straight.
  • Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

Each use rests on one of the following legal grounds: contract: to deliver what we've agreed with you or your organisation; legitimate interests: to run and grow a curated events business responsibly; consent: where you've actively opted in, for instance to marketing updates; or a legal obligation we're required to meet.

05Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data, and we only share it where there's good reason to:

  • With the client a Leadership Circle or event is built for, generally as attendee profiles and post-event summaries.
  • With service providers who help us operate (registration platforms, CRM and email tools), bound by confidentiality terms.
  • With a regulator or authority, if we're legally required to disclose information.
  • With a successor business, should Nexa ever be acquired, merged or restructured.

Anyone we share data with is expected to protect it to the same standard we do.

06Sending data overseas

If personal data needs to travel outside the UK or EEA (for example because a supplier we use is based elsewhere), we make sure recognised safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, are in place first.

07Keeping it safe

We apply technical and organisational safeguards to guard against unauthorised access, loss or misuse of personal data. Only team members and partners who genuinely need it to do their job can access it, and they're bound by confidentiality.

08How long we keep it

We hold on to personal data only for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, including any legal, accounting or reporting need. As a general rule, client and attendee records are kept for up to two years after our last interaction, after which they're deleted or anonymised.

09Photography at our events

We often photograph or film Leadership Circles and executive experiences, in the room or online, to report back to the client and, occasionally, for our own promotional use. Attending an event means you may appear in that material, which we handle with care and use to reflect the room accurately, never out of context.

If you'd rather not appear, tell us in advance at hello@nexaleadership.com or mention it to a member of the Nexa team on the day. We'll always respect that.

10Cookies on our website

nexaleadership.com uses cookies to keep the site working properly and to understand, in general terms, how it's used. You're free to manage or turn these off at any time through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

11Marketing preferences

We may occasionally reach out about a relevant Leadership Circle, an event invitation, or news you'd want to know about. You can step away from these at any time: click unsubscribe on any email, or just let us know at hello@nexaleadership.com.

We never pass on phone numbers or other details collected for SMS purposes to third parties for their own marketing. Your number is only ever used for messages you've agreed to receive.

12Your rights

You're entitled to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected, or ask us to delete it.
  • Object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict it.
  • Withdraw consent at any time it's been given.
  • Receive your data in a portable, structured format.

To use any of these, email hello@nexaleadership.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on the request.

13Questions or concerns

If anything in this notice isn't clear, or you'd like to raise a concern about how your data has been handled, contact us first at hello@nexaleadership.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Terms of Service

Effective date 15 October 2026
Governing entity Nexa Partnerships Ltd
Contact hello@nexaleadership.com
Scope Client engagements and event attendance

01About these terms

These Terms of Service govern how Nexa Partnerships Ltd ("Nexa", "we", "us") delivers Leadership Circles, executive experiences and events, and they apply to the clients who commission that work and the executives who attend as guests. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Nexa doesn't operate a membership scheme, subscription or recurring community of any kind: every engagement is a discrete piece of work commissioned by a client, or a single event an executive is invited to attend.

02Who these terms cover

Two groups interact with Nexa under these terms:

  • Clients: brands who commission Nexa to build and deliver a Leadership Circle, executive experience or acquisition-only audience.
  • Attendees: the executives Nexa qualifies and invites to take part in a session on a client's behalf.

Where a specific clause applies to only one group, we've said so.

03Commissioning a Leadership Circle or event

Work with a client begins with an agreed scope: typically a proposal or statement of work covering the format, audience criteria, timeline and fees. That document, together with these terms, forms the basis of our agreement. Where the two conflict on a specific point, the proposal or statement of work takes precedence.

04Attending as an executive guest

Attendees are qualified and confirmed by Nexa against criteria agreed with the client: typically seniority, role and relevance to the session topic. Confirmation of a place is at Nexa's discretion, and we may decline or withdraw an invitation at any point, including on the day, if attendance no longer fits the intended audience.

There's no fee, membership or ongoing obligation attached to attending. Your relationship with Nexa begins and ends with the session you're invited to.

05Fees and payment

Fees for a Leadership Circle or event are set out in the relevant proposal or statement of work and invoiced in line with the agreed schedule. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a reasonable statutory rate.

Attendees are never charged to take part in a Nexa session.

06Cancellations and changes

Either party may need to reschedule or cancel a session. Where a client cancels after work has begun, fees for work already completed remain payable, and any cancellation terms agreed in the statement of work will apply. Where Nexa needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we'll give as much notice as possible and work with the client on a suitable alternative.

07Conduct at Nexa events

Everyone attending a Nexa session, in person or online, is expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, clients and the Nexa team, and to follow any reasonable instructions given by our staff or venue partners. We may remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe or inconsistent with the spirit of the session.

08Photography and recording

Nexa events may be photographed or recorded, in person or virtually, for client reporting and occasional promotional use. Attending a session means you may appear in that material. Full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy, including how to opt out.

09Confidentiality

Discussions, materials and attendee information shared as part of a Leadership Circle or event are treated as confidential by Nexa and should be treated the same way by anyone taking part, unless something is clearly intended for wider sharing.

10Intellectual property

Nexa's formats, materials, branding and event design remain our intellectual property, or that of our licensors. Clients receive the right to use agreed deliverables (such as attendee reports) for their own internal and marketing purposes, but the underlying format and materials aren't transferred and can't be reused or resold without our written permission.

11Data and privacy

Personal data collected in the course of commissioning or attending a Nexa event is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated, anonymised data from across our events for our own analysis and service improvement.

12Disclaimers

We aim to deliver every session to a high standard, but we don't guarantee specific commercial outcomes, results or that any individual attendee will convert into a business relationship. Our services are provided on the basis of reasonable skill and care, to the extent permitted by law.

13Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexa's total liability to a client in connection with a Leadership Circle or event is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.

14Ending an engagement

Either party may end a commissioned engagement in line with the terms agreed in the relevant proposal or statement of work. Nexa may also decline to work with a prospective client or attendee at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how we work; the effective date at the top will always show the latest version. For any active client engagement, we'll flag material changes directly rather than relying on the website alone.

This page is a general-purpose reference for the Nexa website and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication to confirm it reflects Nexa Partnerships Ltd's actual commercial terms and operating practices.
